I had a lovely stay and appreciated that the hotel was a short walk from both the beautiful Schlossplatz and the excellent State Gallery, making it easy to explore and soak in the local culture and sights.

Gorgeous breakfasts, incredibly friendly staff.

Airy, large room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The staff members are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is simply phenomenal, including the attentive and thoughtful service. We were upgraded into a huge room which made the stay an absolute pleasure. The location is quiet over the weekend, although there are construction sites outside which would make a stay during the week less pleasant. The main shopping area is a few minutes away on foot, as is the main station with good transport links.

The flat pillows did little for sleeping comfort, although the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast offered a wonderful buffet with freshly made options with a lovely garden view. The staff was attentive.

No coffee facilities in the room.

Really good service and cozy stay

Woke up to a good breakfast with fresh, homemade options and a beautiful garden view. The staff were very good, even tracking down my lost glasses after dinner! Their kindness stood out.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during a warm night. It required multiple conversations with the front desk to get some discomfort addressed, a bit frustrating.

The stay here was really really nice, loved the hotel, it was exceptionally clean with exceptionally nice location short walk to a Vegan restaurant and the main train station. Good value, and the services were very good! And they had apples in the reception.

The location is good. Less than 10 minutes walk from the station, the shopping area and some good restaurants. It provides one of the best breakfasts compared with any hotel I have stayed in.

Really good breakfast buffet

It was practical, spotless and with sofa.

If you like being locked out of your hotel at 3 am or pay extra for cramped parking, this is the place for you! My room was not cleaned since you have to "opt in"-how quaint! You'd think for the price, a complimentary drink would be offered but instead, I was met with cold shoulders. Truly a disgrace.

Location was great. Hotel was spotless. Staff was very friendly. The Buffett Breakfast was delicious with lots and lots of variety - shame you can only eat so much !!! There was a lovely Garden to sit and relax in after a busy day shopping at the nearby town centre. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

If you have a lot of luggage because of the climb, take a taxi, construction site across the street, a little dust and noise
